It takes a community to feed a community
Our Tri Corner area has unique family food budget challenges due to its state-restricted programs and increased growth in both permanent and part-time residents. With individuals of privilege purchasing or renting the limited number of available homes in the area, housing costs have increased, putting additional pressure on the family food budget. We seek to better understand the diverse community we have and facilitate conversations across a mix of representatives to identify issues that people with lesser voices have.
